Chelsea and Brent Take On Cincinnati!

It turned out to be the perfect day to photograph Chelsea and Brent’s Engagement session in Cincinnati! It had been raining all morning and looked like it would stay that way but it cleared up and was just beautiful! We wanted to do some of the session at the Purple People Bridge downtown but the main section was closed when we got there due to the firework display that night but the military guards saw what we were doing and gave us special permission to photograph on the main section. It was great! The city made the perfect background for the photos. After that we went to the beautiful Ault Park which was the perfect location to capture the love and affection these two share! They are such an adorable pair! Rob and I can’t wait for the wedding next April! Be sure to check back for their wedding images. I know it’s going to be a beautiful day!

We had such a great time photographing Megan and Steven’s wedding! They are such a cute and adorable couple and so much fun to be around. Their love for each other is so apparent. On their wedding day, the weather was perfect. The blue sky and the sun made an awesome background to match the beautiful farm setting. Capturing their happiness and joy in becoming husband and wife on this day was awesome. We are thankful we could be apart of their wedding and are so happy for them! It is a blessing to see the Lord bring great couples like them together! Congrats, Megan and Steven on your new life together!

Alison and Andrew are Married!

Alison and Andrew’s wedding was so beautiful! Rob and I are thankful we could be apart of another fabulous and very special Newnam wedding! I photographed Alison’s sister wedding 5 years ago and it was just awesome to be reunited with the family to celebrate with them at this wonderful occasion as well! Alison looked amazing! One of my favorite details of the day was Alison’s grandmother’s jewelry incorporated into the flowers. Her necklace wrapped around Alison’s bouquet stem and each of the sisters bouquets also contained one of her brooches. It was a really special touch! We also loved hanging out with the bridal party after the ceremony doing pictures in downtown Troy! We ended the day in Piqua, at one of the most beautiful reception halls I think I’ve ever been to. It was the perfect location to dance the night away in celebration of this wonderful couple! Congrats, Alison and Andrew! You complement each other so well and make each other so happy; it was so apparent to everyone that day!

Lisa and Ben in South Carolina!

It was so wonderful that Rob and I could be apart of Lisa and Ben’s wedding! Lisa had a very special role in our wedding and she blessed us by giving us a very special role in hers. We love to travel for weddings, and going to Greenville, South Carolina was definitely no exception! It was the perfect backdrop for their wedding photos. There were so many beautiful places to photograph this wonderful couple. Lisa and Ben seeing each other for the first time by the waterfall was absolutely my favorite moment of the day. The evidence of their love for each other was what made the moment perfect. Rob and I had such a wonderful time photographing our dear friends on such an important and special day for them. We are so excited for them as they have officially begun their lives together as husband and wife. We know that the Lord holds great things for their future together! Congrats, to you both and we love you!

Jennifer and Sam’s May Wedding!

Jennifer and Sam had a beautiful wedding! It was so much fun from start to finish. They are a wonderful couple and very easy to photograph. Their love for each other is strong and that shines through in the images and as it did all day. I love photographing a reveal moment between the bride and groom before the wedding. It is one of my favorite moments to capture and Jennifer had two reveal moments at her wedding. The first with her father, which was so special because he hadn’t even seen the her dress yet. They had a few minutes to stop in the middle of all that was going on that day and enjoy just being father and daughter. After that it was Sam’s turn. He waited so patiently for his bride and when she turned him around and he saw her, the largest grin of happiness came across his face. It was a blessing to capture such special moments like this on their wedding day. I really enjoyed their ceremony, too. It was very honoring to the Lord. Congrats, to the new Mr. and Mrs. Moody. May the Lord bless your marriage richly as you seek Him and love one another as He first loved us!

Megan and Steven picked the perfect day for their engagement session! With all the cold we had this year, they timed it just right for the green and beautiful flowers to be in full bloom! The lighting was great, too. I really enjoyed getting to spend the time with them and really get to know them better. They are just an adorable couple! I’m really looking forward to their wedding in August! Its going to be such a great time and I’m thrilled to be able to capture such important moments in their lives! Can’t wait!

Taylor’s Winter Senior Session!

I’ve been blessed with knowing Taylor for several years now. I can’t believe it’s time to photograph her senior pictures already. The time has gone so fast. I have been looking forward to photographing this lovely gal for many years. She is beyond sweet, so genuine and just beautiful and it all totally shines through in her pictures! We really wanted to photograph the first half of her session in the all this fun snow we’ve had this winter but needed to make sure we still drive to our location so when we finally got together it was just beautiful in spite of the cold. Taylor was such a trooper as we trekked in the deep snow and even when we’d toss some up in the air and it would land on her. She did great. Be on the lookout for her spring photos when the weather decides to warm up again. Until then, stay warm, enjoy these images and feel free to leave your comments!
